Inventory Rotation
Shopify vendor sales, supplier receipts and 30 / 60 / 90 day rotation. Customer returns to stock are reported separately from incoming merchandise.

Inventory rotation: 30 · 60 · 90 days
As in Ceci's spreadsheet: Vendor → units received → cost / markup → date received → units sold and % at 30, 60 and 90 days. Only supplier receipts documented with SKU, quantity and date qualify for receipt rotation. Shopify positive adjustments appear as a separate, unverified stock-increase field.

* Receipt cost is a documented purchase cost only when the source confirms it; otherwise current catalog cost is explicitly marked as an estimate. Catalog markup is not realized margin or COGS. † Monthly sales are from all stock, not assigned to new receipts. Rotation percentages are shown only when a dated cohort has an SKU-level FIFO allocation; unfinished periods remain pending.

*Negative adjustments may include fulfillment and inventory corrections and must not be assumed to be canceled orders or returned sales. Ending inventory value is the Shopify history figure. Realized COGS is unavailable without a verified sales-cost source. Positive stock adjustments are not necessarily purchases. Monthly sell-through = inventory units sold ÷ (inventory units sold + ending inventory), following Shopify. It measures monthly inventory movement rather than sales of newly received merchandise. † A percentage above 100% can occur with negative ending stock and requires source review.
